Requirements :
4. Qualifications: You must have a degree in social work and be registered with Social Work England
5. Experience: Significant frontline experience in adult services, particularly in hospital discharge settings, is essential.
6. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
7. Knowledge: Familiarity with the Care Act assessments and hospital discharge processes is important.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
8. Social Work England registration
9. Eligible to work in the UK
10. Hold a full UK licence
11. Post-qualified experience
12. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
