Our client based in Rossendale are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team.
Duties include:
* Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
* Working with multiple currencies
* Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
* Setting up new suppliers and maintaining existing account details within the purchase ledger
* Resolving price queries
* Reconciling all supplier statements
* Managing and maintaining the accounts payable inbox dealing with all queries
* Processing staff expense claims
* Processing BACS payments
* Preparing bank reconciliations
Previous purchase ledger experience is essential for this role as is being a good communicator, having a high attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
