Our client is looking for a 4-year PQE+ Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX-qualified Conveyancer with a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently, and strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail. A full driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Head of Department and work independently when required.
2. Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
3. Draft, review, and finalise contracts and property-related documents.
4. Assess searches and manage Land Registry applications.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
6. Promote conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to drive business growth.
7. Mentor and support junior team members through training and guidance.
