As a BDR, – Outsourcing Professional Services, your mission is to generate new business through a mix of prospecting, networking, digital outreach, and business development meetings. This role is ideal for a high-energy, target-driven professional who thrives on meeting people, building relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue. What You’ll Be Doing Hunting for New Business – Through cold outreach, networking, and referrals, you’ll identify and engage decision-makers in SMEs, scale-ups, recruiters, and umbrella companies. Face-to-Face & Virtual Meetings – Expect to spend 60% of your time on the road meeting inbound leads, developing opportunities, and closing deals. The rest will be dedicated to farming and building a strong digital pipeline. Prospecting & Digital Outreach – Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social strategies to nurture and convert leads into active opportunities. Pipeline Development & CRM Management – Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects and deals through our CRM system. Pitching & Closing Deals – Confidently articulate value propositions, tailor solutions to client needs, and negotiate contracts that drive revenue growth. Collaborating with Internal Teams – Work closely with marketing, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
