Please note that this is a fixed term contract to cover approximately 6-7 months. Salary is up to £42,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience. Hybrid work with the availability to attend either our Darlington or London office 1-2 times per week desirable but not essential, fully remote work can be considered. The Change Programme Co-ordinator will Support the Head of Transformation and Strategy to ensure the successful management and oversight of the HC-One change portfolio. Work with stakeholders across the business to support the tracking and delivery of agreed programmes and projects. Support the management and preparation of key meetings including the monthly Change Board, coordinating and distilling key information. Lead on wider administrative activity across the portfolio, including financial and measurement processes. You will hold a senior education qualification (ideally BA/BSc degree qualification), have at least 5 years’ experience in supporting project management or similar activities, and have a strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint. A first-class communicator, you will be able to work with a breadth of stakeholders across the organisation, within all functions of the business. You will be consistently curious, flexible and have brilliant attention to detail. You will have excellent organisation skills, and ideally will have experience of and the ability to feel comfortable supporting finance processes, as much as supporting on project reporting and managing key meeting outcomes. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
