Day-to-day of the role: Work closely with various teams across the business to maximise the functionality that supports our customer journey. Design and create engaging content that aligns with our brand guidelines and enhances the user experience on our E-commerce platform. Manage and optimise the layout of the website to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience. Create and manage promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximise platform adoption. Utilise customer feedback and data analysis to improve service, satisfaction, and drive online sales growth. Generate and analyse reports using Google Analytics and other tools to provide actionable insights that improve sales and customer engagement. Stay updated with the latest E-commerce trends and technologies to continuously improve our platform. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in digital content design and E-commerce. Strong understanding of SEO, including the creation and maintenance of Meta tags and descriptions. Proficiency with Google Analytics and the ability to create and interpret reports. Experience in managing E-commerce platforms and optimising website navigation. Creative with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement insights into actionable outcomes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
