About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to help benefit the lives of their local community. While working in accordance with the relevant Safety Regulations and departmental procedures, you will provide comprehensive skills regarding floor laying to service public, commercial, and domestic premises within your local area.
This role covers a wide geographical area, so a company van and fuel card are provided.
Role Criteria:
* Experience in the Building Construction and Maintenance Industry.
* Experience preparing and laying polysafe flooring, floor tiles, Lino, Cap & Cove, Carpets screening, and carpentry.
* Ability to program and maintain work within domestic and commercial premises.
* Strong ability to trace, diagnose, and rectify faults.
* Must hold a full UK driving license.
All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
