Salary Range: £30,000 - 31,500 per year To coach, develop and support your team to deliver excellent results To champion Sofina Company values, (Integrity, Respect & Accountability) promoting a positive workplace culture To deliver against the Production & Packing crew guide for your area, managing absence and holiday cover within your area in line with Company policies and ways of working To work with your manager and the HR/ training functions to create and deliver a training plan for your team, including the onboarding of new colleagues To identify opportunities for continuous improvement in your area, working with other functions and your team to create a plan to deliver them To challenge Labour costs & through put (kgs per man hour) everyday Responsible for championing a positive food safety & quality culture To ensure the food safety, legality, and quality of finished goods To be responsible for ensuring people adhere strictly to H&S on site, to be efficient, safe and produce the quality of work required across your areas of responsibility Level 3 Food Hygiene (or equivalent) HACCP Level 3 (or equivalent) Leadership experience Exposure to FMCG environments, BRC audit standards and being ‘audit ready’ (Desirable) Experience working in a chilled food environment A working understanding of Microsoft Office Competitive rates Online Benefits Hub Canteen Life insurance On-site parking Company pension Referral programme Health & wellbeing programme
