Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
* Investigate and match incoming payments to client accounts.
* Liaise with clients and financial advisers via email and our secure messaging service.
* Processing physical cheques.
* Direct debit management.
* Facilitate the investment of allocated funds to True Potential’s in house investment platform.
* Bank account reconciliation.
* Claiming and reconciling tax relief received from HMRC.
You will need:
* A sound knowledge of Excel.
* A person who is analytical and detail orientated.
* A solid grasp of business administrative systems.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Strong communicative skills
