* As a UX UI Designer, you're required to develop the structure and flow of a digital solution (website, app, software, mobile, etc.).
* The Architect conducts research, interviews, and surveys, and then translates that information into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
* The role involves enhancing website usability and ensuring seamless and visually pleasing user experiences. Responsibilities include researching usability, crafting logical information architecture, designing captivating interactive concepts, and developing user interfaces.

Requirements –
* To partner with various business teams in an organization to understand how the end user will interact with the platform, and then develops the structure and flow to make that possible.
* Solid grasp of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and content strategy, and is able to clearly communicate to teams and clients how those factors will influence the design processes and outcomes.
* Familiar with usability principles and techniques and is skilled using UX tools for the various stages of development—wireframing and prototyping, user research and testing, organizing information, and analytics and metrics.
* Bridges user-focused research and design execution, striving to make digital products aesthetically pleasing, functionally practical, and user-friendly.
* Knowledge of information architecture enables architects to design sitemaps, develop application maps, and create process flows. They also organize information and data, establish hierarchy and structure, and model data for optimal user experiences.
Technical Skillset Required –
* User Research: Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiries, and other research methods to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
* Information Architecture: Ability to structure and organize information in a logical and intuitive manner, creating user-friendly navigation and information hierarchies.
* Interaction Design: Expertise in designing intuitive and engaging interactions, including wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to showcase user flows and interface elements.
* Visual Design: Skills in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy to create aesthetically pleasing and visually coherent user interfaces.
* Prototyping and Wireframing: Proficiency in using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for testing and iterating on design solutions.
* Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze user data, such as website analytics, user feedback, and A/B test results, to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX improvements.
* Project Management: Skills in managing UX projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of user-centered design solutions.
* Accessibility: Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines to create inclusive designs that accommodate users with diverse abilities and needs.
* Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and industry best practices to continually enhance their design skills and deliver innovative solutions.
