Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will drive sales, achieve revenue targets, build customer relationships, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for aquariums and aquatic life, a strong sales background, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets through new business development, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering high-quality support.
3. Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive understanding of the company's products and communicate their benefits effectively.
4. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
5. Market Research: Keep informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
6. Reporting: Record sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and report to management.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure cohesive sales strategies.
8. Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 2-3 years in sales, preferably in luxury goods or home décor; experience with aquatic products is a plus.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office; self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
