Training and Development Coordinator Location: Tunbridge Wells Job Type: Full-Time - 12 month FTC Salary: £28,000 Key Responsibilities: Supporting managers in organising various training programs, performance initiatives, and other employee development activities. Coordinating with internal teams, venues, and other external contacts to ensure smooth operations. Managing data entry, handling compliance-related queries, scheduling meetings, and organising events. Collaborating with teams to oversee company-wide training initiatives, including recruitment and mentoring programs, and supporting with onboarding and development efforts. Coordinating training programs, preparing materials, managing systems, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of development initiatives.
