Principal Administrative Officer (Birmingham - International Admissions)

The Post-holder will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the international admissions process for Birmingham, from initial contact with applicants through to enrolment, ensuring these run efficiently and effectively and in compliance with UKVI regulations. REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. Good level of general education
2. Previous experience of leading admissions processes within education
3. Proven experience in working with student recruitment agencies
4. Current knowledge of the processes and regulations of SLC/SFE
5. Proven communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain excellent working relationships
6. Evidence of the ability to manage others and bring teams together with a shared vision
7. Experience in monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving systems
8. Evidence of paying attention to detail
9. Ability to meet tight deadlines
10. Proven IT skills with experience of admissions databases
11. Recognises the need for and demonstrates appropriate confidentiality
12. Able and prepared to work flexibly, including travel between campuses and locations when required
13. Current knowledge of UKVI working regulations
14. Experience of issuing CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)
It would also be beneficial if you have:
1. A degree level qualification or equivalent
2. Recent experience of working with International applicants/students
