We are looking to cover an Office administration position, this is to work within our clients Hospitality department supporting the management team in various administration functions, as well as dealing with online requests for catering - for meetings/interviews etc. You will need to have great customer service, good verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable asking for advice when needed, and is experienced in communicating at all levels; experience in the Food industry would be a plus. Days of Work: Monday to Friday Hourly Rate; £12.72 Hours of Work: 08.30 - 17.00 with 1hour unpaid lunch Hours per week: 37hrs per week Location: Frenchay, Bristol Duration: 3 Months, with the potential to be longer Start Date: As soon as possible Their duties will include: General Administration duties: Filing paperwork, transposing information from analogue to digital, various Admin duties such as sorting mail, photocopying, modifying menus, raising orders for goods such as safety footwear and printing and stationery. Contractor callouts: To be the central point of contact for maintenance requests, including liaising with Contractors when required, and able to produce basic reports on callouts Providing advice and support to internal and external customers regarding catering requests and functions that have been booked via the online system and using the catering booking system called Kinetics. And other Administration duties commensurate with the post.
