Due to maternity leave, they are looking to appoint a Technical Manager on a 12 month FTC. On offer: Salary is up to £60,000 DOE Company pension Working Mon - Fri The role: Reporting to the Head of Technical, the Technical Manager will lead and develop the technical team to achieve targets and follow protocols. The successful candidate is tasked with advising the wider team on technical matters, ensuring safety standards are being adhered to and many more duties included below. The key responsibilities of the role include: Ensure team is meeting all required KPI’s and regulatory responsibilities Advise the wider team on regulatory matters in regards to food hygiene Lead all internal and customer audits to ensure appropriate compliance Manage HACCP processes to ensure smooth running Maintain internal equipment to ensure safety and standards Monitor quality from raw materials to end product Lead on customer complaint management Candidate requirements: The business is looking for an individual who has at least 2 years experience in a similar role within food manufacturing. You must be a strong communicator, forward thinking and a problem solver.
