As one of our Staff Nurses, you will lead the team, and will be involved in continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of the residents' needs and wishes:
* Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
* Overseeing all aspects of medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards
* Creating and carrying out treatment plans
* Offering a safe, caring and stable environment to the people we support
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
* Support the Service Manager with key targets by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner
* Support, guide, teach and mentor other members of your team
* Working individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. With a compassionate and caring attitude, you will have adequate knowledge, experience and a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
