Role Overview
Key holder and responsible for overseeing management operations of new Romford Store ensuring that it runs efficiently and to target and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience in store.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Increasing and maximising sales and the efficiency of the Romford store and operations.
2. Reporting on the profit of the retail store and working to targets and budgets.
3. Store merchandising ensuring displayed attractively and organising sales/promotions.
4. Serving customers and handling store returns and exchanges when required in accordance with store policy and customer requests.
5. Scheduling employees to cover all hours of operation, and arranging overtime and cover during holidays and peak periods.
6. Staff training and appraisals and attending HO when required for management meetings.
7. Replenishing and ordering stock from Head Office and making sure items are on the shelves and merchandised attractively.
8. Sharing product knowledge with customers and with store's team member.
9. Prepare and complete all shop administration inclusive of cash handling and banking functions to the highest standard, accurately and on time, always adhering to Company Policies and Procedures.
10. Managing social media for Store Instagram/Facebook page to increase online presence and improve marketing/sales.
11. Adding new posts, engaging with customers and answering questions and queries in store and out of hours.
Expected Skills and Experience:
1. Previous Mens Fashion Retail management experience is essential.
2. Passionate about people and fashion.
3. A good understanding of our customers, product range and competitors.
4. Dedicated to offering the highest levels of customer service.
5. Lead by example for part time employees and delegates workload.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Good at influencing others ability to train and motivate staff.
8. Sales driven and self motivated.
9. Reliable, responsible and committed. Key holder.
10. Flexible to working full time including some weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

* GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
