Description Join the team where you will get the opportunity to collaborate closely with the clients with all aspect of access control related queries As a Technical Security Office Administrator, in the Global Security team, you will be responsible for the production and issuance of all new access cards. You will provide administrative support service within the EMEA access card team, offering day to day assistance to the client’s business. You will have the opportunity to provide customer service to assist customers with all aspect of access control related queries as well as being an active member of the team and play a proactive role in the assisting management with ad-hoc duties and project work as and when required. Job Responsibilities Acts as first point of contact when a permanent member of staff or a contractor joins the firm, issues their access cards once pre-employment screening and eligibility is confirmed Provides support and assists members of staff with the online global self-service web application Takes incoming calls and assists with queries in a swift and professional manner Prioritizes and responds to incoming emails from all lines of business Administers access and badges through the various access control platforms Runs daily, weekly and monthly reports on a security database to ensure records are kept up to date Investigates and resolves issues that may arise with employees ID cards, access and data Crosses train in other functions under technical security in order to expand own skill set and assist as and when required Ensures that documented procedures are kept up to date and spreadsheets are maintained Posts ID cards to our security representatives and members of staff throughout the EMEA region Arranges meetings, compiles and distributes minutes Required qualification, capabilities, and skills Solid office administrative experience (Essential). Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills (Essential). Working knowledge of (Intermediate and above) Microsoft Package and Outlook (Essential). Proven ability to prioritize workload daily and work under pressure (Essential). Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Math. Being able to prioritise and multi-task. Use own initiative to improve existing processes. Strong attention to detail and comply with confidentiality regulations.
