* Provide psychological assessments and therapy for individuals and groups with a range of complex mental health challenges.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to collaboratively develop care plans for service users.
* Offer training and supervision to colleagues, and provide consultation to teams.
* Contribute to the development and evaluation of the service, ensuring high standards of care.
* Conduct clinical research and present findings through conferences and publications.
HCPC registered Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist with experience in a forensic or clinical mental health setting.
* Experience working within a Personality Disorder Unit is preferred.
* Trained in complex therapeutic approaches such as Schema-focused therapy, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, and DBT is highly desirable.
* Passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions.
