Job Title: Service Desk Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

We are looking for a detail-oriented Service desk Administrator to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rental inquiries, processing rental agreements, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for rental customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about rental services
* Prepare and process rental agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
* Monitor rental inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure equipment availability, and manage logistics for delivery and returns
* Generate and process invoices for rental services, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
* Maintain accurate and organised records of rental transactions, customer interactions, and inventory status
* Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Provide general administrative support to the rental department, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the rental or equipment industry
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
