ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Client Strategy Lead to play a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic growth for our partner brands. As a key player within the business, you will serve as a trusted advisor, designing tailored growth strategies and ensuring their successful execution. This role demands strategic acumen, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive impact across a wide range of marketing and business objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Strategy.
2. Develop and deliver data-driven strategies to achieve client objectives.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders for clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust.
4. Oversee and refine multi-channel testing roadmaps to optimize marketing efforts.
5. Utilize insights from our proprietary attribution solution and other analytics tools to iterate and optimize client strategies.
6. Provide clear, actionable recommendations and deliver performance insights in regular client-facing reports and presentations.
7. Collaborate closely with Charlie Oscar’s internal teams and client in-house teams to create and execute impactful campaigns.
8. Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring transparent forecasting and reporting.
9. Inspire and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. 8+ years of proven experience in strategic marketing roles, in-house or agency with a focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) and/or paid media.
2. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
3. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
4. A creative mindset coupled with a resilience to thrive in a test-and-learn environment.
5. Proven experience in delivering results across multiple marketing channels and touchpoints.
6. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
7. Expertise in digital advertising channels and platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and a track record of managing successful campaign optimization and A/B testing.
8. A genuine passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
