About the Role: Teaching students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) Delivering a highly personalised curriculum, incorporating sensory and communication-based learning Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students Creating an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with PMLD Strong understanding of differentiation, communication strategies (e.g., Makaton, PECS), and sensory learning Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals ECTs are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant SEN experience Why Apply?
