Tayside Nutrition & Dietetic Service Paediatric Dietitian Permanent Band 5/6 Development post or Band 6 (depending on experience) Part Time 22.2 hours per week Paediatric Dietetic Service Could you work as part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to improving the health of C hildren and Young People across Tayside? We are looking for an experienced Dietitian to join the Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetic Service in NHS Tayside. This would ideally suit a Band 6 Dietitian or an experienced Band 5 Dietitian with relevant clinical experience. Experience and post graduate training in paediatric dietetics is desirable but applicants with appropriate transferrable skills will be considered. The Paediatric Dietetic Team is a dynamic, proactive team consisting of 6 WTE dietitians and 0.73 WTE support workers. The team provides specialist nutrition and dietetic advice and clinical support to: In-patients: Paediatric Wards and Neonatal Unit within Ninewells Hospital. Outpatients Paediatric Assessment Unit, Dietetic and Multi-disciplinary Clinics,Community clinics and domiciliary visits. Multidisciplinary teams - gastroenterology, oncology, cardiology, ketogenic, metabolic cystic fibrosis, complex allergy, diabetes, and complex needs.
