Role: Senior Receptionist
Town: The Wellington Hospital, London
Full time: 37.5 per week
Shifts : between 0700 and 1900 Monday – Friday with weekends required on rotation

As a Senior Receptionist you will be accountable for management of Front of House within The Wellington Hospital. You will provide a caring and efficient patient experience from start to finish, constantly delivering high quality customer care to both internal and external clients.
This is a fabulous opportunity for you to work in a wonderful location as part of our friendly and supportive Primary Care team.
What you'll do:
1. Training and shadowing all new receptionists
2. Uniform checks and ordering
3. Organise and coordinate requests made within the remit of FoH
4. Printing of security passes on site
5. H&S audit checks, cardiac bleep, emergency radio, lift telephone and other audits
6. Logging requests and monitor the Teletracking portal ensuring all duties are carried out
7. Ordering courier services and other transport needs.
8. Coordinating patient transfers with the shuttle
9. Stationary orders
10. Newspaper orders
11. Working closely with supervisors providing feedback on patient experience.
12. Cover break North/South/PMC
13. Deputise for the FoH Supervisor
What you'll bring:
14. Good general level of education
15. Computer literate
16. Previous reception experience is essential, ideally within healthcare
17. Previous people management experiment desirable
18. Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities and deliver a confidential and high-quality customer-focused service.
