The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join their 30+ strong nationwide team at their offsite warehouse based in Central Christchurch.
This is a permanent, full-time position, with hours of work between 7:00am-5:00pm Monday to Fridays.
Key Accountabilities:
* Oversee bulk storage and warehousing of timber, decking, cladding, and landscaping products.
* Ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels.
* Maintain stock in saleable condition.
* Supervise all inwards and outwards goods, including forklift operations.
* Pick and pack customer orders.
* Strap, pack, and wrap bulk and small-scale orders.
* Liaise effectively with customers.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment (knowledge of timber and decking products is desirable).
* A full Class 1 driver's licence, F endorsement, and OSH certificate.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
* High physical fitness, as stock can vary in weight and shape.
Excellent remuneration is on offer, which will be based on skillset and experience.
