Pub Manager Location: Erdington Salary: £28,000 to £31,000 per year / Amazing benefits /Incentives We are looking for an experienced Pub Manager Responsible for the daily operations, management, and success of a pub / bar and oversee staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the pub's profitability. Key duties include managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and adhering to regulations like licensing and health & safety. Key Responsibilities of a Pub Manager: Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing staff, including bartenders, servers, and other personnel. Customer Service: Ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing complaints, and maintaining high standards of service. Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, including food and beverage preparation, stock management, and maintaining the pub's cleanliness and safety. Financial Management: Managing budgets, increasing profits, and controlling cash flow. Legal Compliance: Understanding and adhering to licensing regulations, health and safety rules, and other legal requirements. Marketing and Sales: Promoting the pub and its offerings to attract and retain customers. Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues, managing conflicts, and finding solutions to operational challenges. Leadership: Inspiring and motivating staff, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment. Additional Skills and Qualifications: Leadership and Management Skills: Effective communication, motivation, and delegation are crucial for managing a team.
