We're thrilled to offer a stimulating role for an experienced Engineer to become a vital part of the new and exciting Bristol office. The successful candidate will be welcomed into a highly skilled team, responsible for delivering on-site services to a diverse clientele spread across the UK, with a primary focus on Bristol and the South West region.
In this role, you'll take on diverse responsibilities such as equipment installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and more.
Key Qualities:

4. A deep appreciation for documentation and adherence to procedures.
Valuable Technical Experience:
1. Modern Workplace expertise, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
2. Proficiency with on-premises exchange, O365, and Azure.
3. Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware.
4. Competency in router and firewall configurations, particularly SonicWall, WatchGuard, and DrayTec.
5. Network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
6. Familiarity with wireless technologies, including Ubiquity, DrayTec, and Ruckus.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Server from 2012 onwards, including building, configuring, and installing.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7 onwards.
9. Familiarity with MacOSX and mobile operating systems (Apple and Android).
10. Applicants with a Microsoft MCP qualification or higher and certifications in any of the mentioned fields will be highly regarded.
