Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team members to develop detailed architectural drawings and designs using software such as SolidWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, Schematics, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
* Create accurate and precise architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.
* Develop construction documents including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
* Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design purposes.
* Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
* Prepare presentations and visualisations for client meetings.
* Levels plans and surveys, splay surveys.
* 3d GIS
Experience:
* Proficiency in architectural software such as SolidWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, Schematics, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
* Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
* Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Note:
Experience in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is essential for this role.
