Your Role: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues across Windows/macOS, networking, Office 365, Azure, and security platforms. Work within Cyber Essentials & ISO-certified environments. Collaborate on IT projects (e.g., Office 365 & Azure migrations). Contribute to security incident response using SentinelOne & Huntress EDR. What You'll Need: 2 years IT support experience (MSP preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/macOS & networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls). Experience with RMM tools, Office 365, Active Directory & Azure. Cybersecurity awareness & best practices.
