About the Opportunity We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who is keen to cement our existing expertise in delivering projects to our key clients and driving the growth of our business in this sector: - Application of project controls processes and systems utilization. - Project set up, close out and reconciliations. - Ensuring correct cost allocation including project cost forecasting & project financial reviews - Revenue and gross margin monitoring including monitoring of aged debt - Ensuring corporate systems are up to date and an accurate reflection of the project. - Regular interfacing and integration with the project controls team to maintain an aligned financial position with the project plan. - Earned value analysis as well as monitoring key performance indicators as necessary - Risk & opportunity management relative to the cost engineering role and contribute to 'Lessons Learnt' process throughout the project lifecycle. - Experienced with cost management systems such as Oracle or equivalent - Experience across all stages of the project life cycle - Experience of working within NEC Projects - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular; Excel, Word, and Outlook - HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering / construction / project management related discipline - Strong communication skills, including writing reports & presenting - Attention to detail - High work ethic & standards Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
