About The Role As the Deputy Care Centre Manager, you will support the Care Home Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home. You will lead and manage a team, focusing on delivering quality care and continuously assessing and enhancing the quality of life for residents. Key Responsibilities Lead the care team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Continually assess and develop care services to meet residents’ needs and wishes. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to promote the home’s reputation. Support the Care Home Manager in managing day-to-day operations. Minimum Requirements NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards this qualification). Experience as a Deputy Manager or extensive experience in a senior or team leader role. Desirable Attributes Ability to build lasting relationships and communicate effectively at all levels. Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative. A commitment to providing the highest standards of care with personal integrity and professionalism.
