We’re seeking an experienced brand marketer to be a crucial support to the development, positioning and ongoing management of the Admiral brand.
You will play a key role in implementing and embedding our new brand strategy to drive customer and business objectives. Working collaboratively, you will oversee brand activities designed to drive awareness, consideration and brand sentiment metrics through brand storytelling. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Strategy: Help to implement and embed our brand promise and updated visual identity to strengthen our market position and drive brand health metrics through staff training and workshops.
* Customer Journeys: Work collaboratively to embed the brand experience across customer journeys and touchpoints to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution and measurement of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand values and contribution to marketing OKRs.
* Brand Guardian: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, internal comms and operational teams to ensure a consistent brand presence and support with brand governance.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Asset Reviews: Work with marketing and the wider business to identify out-of-date marketing materials and communications and assist with briefing process to bring these up to date.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience: in a brand role, ideally within the financial services industry.
* Direct Marketing: Strong direct marketing experience and an understanding of how customer journeys can impact brand experience.
* Analytical Skills: Analytical insight and strategic thinking to enable strong customer focused communications and propositions.
* Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
* Project Management: Strong creative campaign/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
