Summary What you'll do As the head of reward, you will shape the future of compensation and benefits at one of London's largest housing associations, Notting Hill Genesis. Leading Notting Hill Genesis' reward strategy, the head of reward will design innovative remuneration frameworks that attract top talent, drive performance, and align with NHG's commitment to equality and inclusivity. How you'll do it The head of reward will have the opportunity to lead transformative projects that impact thousands of employees and residents, supported by a culture that values compassion, progress and dependability. Design and implement NHG's reward strategies, ensuring they support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture. Manage our Payroll and Benefits Manager, ensuring seamless payroll operations and competitive, cost-effective benefits packages. Embed equality, diversity, and inclusion into pay practices. Use analytics to refine reward strategies, benchmark salaries, and model pay reviews, ensuring fairness and market competitiveness. Partner with HR colleagues and stakeholders including senior leaders, UNISON our recognised trade union and our staff forum to align reward initiatives with organisational goals. Stay ahead of legislative changes and industry trends, adapting NHG's reward practices to remain compliant and cutting-edge. Essential: CIPD Level 5/7 (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in designing and implementing reward strategies aligned with organisational goals Expertise in data analytics, salary benchmarking, bonus scheme design and pay systems Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex data in actionable insights Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing teams and coaching / delivering through others Desirable: Experience within the housing sector A track record of managing external benefits providers and driving value for money.
