We are looking for an experienced analyst that has previous experience of working in a performance team.
Responsibilities include:
* Development, production and delivery of high-quality performance attribution and risk reports across the business in an accurate and timely manner.
* Support the fund managers and sales teams with any ad hoc requests, providing detailed analysis and checking outputs are consistent across the team.
* Administration, production and delivery of both Style Analytics Skyline and other associated Style reports.
* Assist in the servicing of clients and calculation of segregated fund performance.
* Ongoing dialogue with internal clients in order to identify requirements and pro-actively promote improvements.
* To ensure that systems and methodology used are commensurate with our business needs, including level of analysis and product complexity.
* To ensure that all performance activities comply with internal and external requirements.
* Ensure that the firm remains in compliance with GIPS and updating procedures and composites accordingly.
* Develop and maintain good relationships with external performance measurement providers and peers within the industry.
* Work with teams from across the business to deliver initiatives and projects
Who we are looking for:
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar performance measurement role,
* Comprehensive knowledge of performance measurement techniques,
* Proficiency in performance attribution, and knowledge of risk measurement techniques,
* Highly proficient excel skills,
* A foundation in statistical analysis and data interpretation, including the ability to collect, clean, analyse datasets and draw meaningful conclusions,
* Detailed understanding of investment products,
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively,
* Maintaining high ethical standards and ensuring data integrity is paramount.
