Business Development Manager
Location: Remote with some travel to meet with potential clients

As Business Development Manager, your focal point will be to support Growth through acquisition of new corporate clients, including strategic generation, conversion, sales, and implementation of business across various Bright Horizons core platform, products and services. Backed by a Global Organisation with an excellent track record in delivery and client retention, strong B2B lead generation, leading family friendly Solutions, delivering substantial YOY Growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the optimum development of new employer-sponsored contracts to support the company expansion objectives with a strategic lens.
2. Respond, engage, re-qualify if necessary and nurture all leads and opportunities through all channels including partnership arrangements.
3. Assessing, creating, delivering, pricing and preparing and presenting, effective proposals.
4. Able to demonstrate and present as necessary the BH proposition in various formats.
5. Collaborate with other teams (Marketing/ Coaching / Consultancy) to support the effective and successful execution of sales opportunities.
6. Network effectively at appropriate industry events, when required and act as a subject matter expert.
7. Ultimately work towards and achieve against targets for new business growth for the Growth Work + Family Solutions Team.
8. Timely, precise and thorough documentation & management of the sales process through CRM to enable accurate reporting of sales activities.
Essential Experience:
9. A successful professional in the field of Employer Sponsored Experience and success in a similar “consultative” focused sales role with known contacts.
10. Confident and capable in communicating and networking with people at all levels within a corporate setting.
11. Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently and to deadlines.
12. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills
13. Resilient, determined and a highly organized and sales focused individual.
14. Good MS Office knowledge & CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
15. Ability to be clear and assertive in managing priorities and workflows.
