The position involves the provision of support and service to the companies customers on a 24/7 basis. The engineer would be required to share in this ‘call-out’ cover on a rotational basis with the other engineers in the department. Where required, liaison and assistance to the engineering departments may also be necessary in the resolution of application problems. The engineers work as a team to resolve customer problems, fix faults, complete preventative maintenance and other ad hoc requests. Customer satisfaction is important and the team will work together to achieve this and grow the service business.
