Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System. They will manage complex employee relations casework, support business leaders and employees on HR matters, and identify HR-related business risks.
Other key responsibilities include managing the Company's competency management tools, implementing learning and development policy, and creating targeted in-house training programs.
