We have a great track record of developing the skills and experience of our staff, many of our current Lecturers have progressed into teaching from other roles, a testament to our commitment and dedication to growing our own stars of the future.
The Trainee Lecturer (Support Practitioner) role provides our learners with additional support in relation to their English skills by working closely with Lecturers to identify and put into place appropriate support. Support may be provided one-to-one, in small groups or as whole class teaching.
We deliver English lessons to a range of students from foundation to Higher education, either on a stand alone basis or as part of their chosen course.
