If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As Director of Planning & Business Support at LEGOLAND® Windsor, you will lead operational resource planning and business support functions, ensuring workforce strategies align with operational efficiency and commercial goals. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing rotas, resource allocation, absence management, and administrative processes to ensure employees are 'roster ready.' Additionally, you will manage business support functions such as legislative compliance, SOP management, stock control and logistics. Acting as a key liaison between local teams and the Commercial Global Function, you will ensure strategic alignment, manage partner relationships and coordinate support across technical, facilities, IT and People teams. Extensive experience in operational planning, commercial operations, and business support within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment (e.g. leisure, hospitality, or theme parks). Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale staffing and logistics operations. Strong background in data-driven decision-making to drive operational improvements. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Expertise in compliance, health and safety standards, and balancing operational efficiency with exceptional guest experiences. Leadership experience in senior management roles, preferably overseeing multiple business units or locations. Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies that drive growth and profitability. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L responsibility. Proven success in improving operational efficiency and driving team performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Cultural awareness and ability to navigate operational complexities across different cultural environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
