Your role Our Administration team at Saltgate provide a bespoke suite of administration services. Our experienced team members deliver high quality output designed to support throughout the fund life cycle. Reporting to the Accounting & Administration Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative matters for a portfolio of client entities. You will also work closely with the Accounting and other Central teams supporting the portfolio of client entities. Your focus To accurately perform company secretarial activities and administration tasks in line with policies and procedures Convene and attend client company board meetings recording action points, circulating minutes and monitoring activities Monitor and track incoming emails and ensure they are responded to on a timely basis, escalating where appropriate Accurately complete all workflows and check-sheets for tasks Liaising professionally with auditors, lawyers, bankers and other third parties by email, telephone and face to face Your experience Strong academic background and studying towards a relevant professional qualification (CGI or equivalent) Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills providing clear direction and attentive listening Is proactive and responsive Be accountable to self and others to meet commitments with evidence of monitoring work and measuring results Present a high level of motivation, accepting opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm All individuals are assigned responsibility for assisting in the overall information security and data protection environment. This includes attending and completing all mandatory information security and data protection training and complying with all applicable policies and procedures. Any questions or issues should be escalated in a timely manner to designated individuals, or if in doubt, consultation should take place with the relevant line manager.
