Our client are now recruiting for a Parts Advisor who will ensure accurate estimates for parts, guaranteeing the customer is fully aware of costs, timescales involved etc and managing expectations.

Be required to work with individuals, garages and dealerships offering advice on spares, and outgoing orders and deliveries.
Parts Advisor Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and ordering required parts.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Process orders efficiently and accurately, including supplier orders.
Collaborate with the workshop team to provide timely parts for vehicle repairs.
Monitor stock usage and report discrepancies or low stock levels.
Deliver excellent customer service to trade and retail customers.
Key Skills & Experience: Experience in a parts advisor role (preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry).
Strong knowledge of parts systems and inventory management.
Ability to identify and source parts efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
