First Recruitment Services are partnered with our client an expert in their field as they seek to recruit a Temporary HR Coordinator with an immediate start.
Our client is seeking an organised and proactive HR Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Department through managing various HR functions and ensuring a smooth operation of HR processes.
HR Coordinator duties:
* Maintain up to date employee records in HR databases.
* Updating the HR system with new hires, changes and terminations.
* Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
* Posting job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
* Assist with onboarding new hires, including document collect and induction schedules.
* Set up new employees in the HR system and ensure compliance checks are completed.
* Be the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
* Support the HR team with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Keep HR documentation updated and compliant with legal standards.
* Support compliance audits preparation and coordination.
