The Role:
1. Processing orders
2. Handling incoming enquiries
3. Checking customer orders
4. Minimal complaints management
5. Sample requests
6. Raising purchase orders
7. Liaising with production/estimating/accounts & design department
8. Responding to customer queries
9. Account management
10. Running reports
11. Working Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
