Wellbeing Coach (2 Posts)
Salary Scp 30 £26,607pa
32 Hours per week Monday to Friday (Work Pattern to be agreed)
Based in Blaenau Gwent
Fixed Term until 31 March 2026
About the role
Delivering holistic well-being support to individuals in the community, leveraging the Blaenau Gwent NCN “Happy Healthy Blaenau Gwent Programme” to enhance overall health and well-being. The role will include managing a caseload of clients, providing tailored support and guidance to improve their social, emotional, and physical well-being. Collaborating with GPs, social workers, and other healthcare providers. Raising awareness of the wellbeing programme throughout the community, measuring outcomes through evaluation and impact reporting.
About you
Highly motivated and organised with a commitment to improving community well-being, the successful candidate will have relevant level 3 qualification in Health/Physical Activity and/or Social Care or equivalent professional qualification / level of experience. Good IT Skills, including Microsoft 365 packages are essential.
