Job Advert Location Description: Woodbourne Hospital is set in beautifully landscaped gardens in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston, close to Birmingham City centre. The hospital provides a diverse range of inpatient services, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of services, including acute and psychiatric intensive care for adults aged 18-25 years, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, specialist Eating Disorder, and private acute and addictions treatment programmes.

Job Profile
* Deliver high quality, service user focused care
* Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
* Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
* Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
* Registered nurse with active NMC PIN as a RMN or RNLD with 12 months post qualifying experience
* Relevant clinical experience
* Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
* Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Our shift patterns are:
Day shifts 7:30am to 8pm
Start and end time for night shifts 7.30pm to 8am
