YOUR ROLE
Road Logistics Customer Service Specialist supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You will deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence to our branch clients by efficiently processing and meticulously monitoring shipments, ensuring compliance with logistics protocols and optimizing supply chain management
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Efficiently process bookings from clients and overseas agents into the system.
* Provide operational support for Logistics Account Managers as needed.
* Coordinate with all relevant parties to organize the movement of goods throughout the shipment.
* Address any issues that arise during a shipment and keep the client and/or Logistics Account Manager updated.
* Process sales and purchase invoices for the branch.
* Foster a team culture by working collaboratively at all times.
* Complete any reasonable tasks requested by your supervisor/manager in a timely manner
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
* Proven experience in Road Logistics, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and procedures
* Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities, adept at managing and resolving disputes effectively
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
