Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and phone inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management. Organize and prepare meetings, including preparing documents and agendas. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with general office administration and support other team members as required.
Experience And Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
2. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
5. Ability to work with discretion and manage confidential information.
6. A proactive and solution-focused attitude.
