We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our dynamic team at Birdsfoot Pharmacy in Luton. This role is pivotal in achieving all pharmacy-related targets, ensuring deadlines are met, and overseeing the effective management of the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy colleagues. Your leadership will drive our mission to make Birdsfoot Pharmacy the leading provider of healthcare services in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver a superior patient experience while maintaining exceptional levels of patient safety and care.
* Take full responsibility for the support, training, and development of direct reports and locums, ensuring high standards of professional customer service and compliance.
* Ensure adherence to GPhC operating standards and clinical governance, promoting best practices across all pharmacy functions.
* Inspire and motivate your team to achieve results, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Use your clinical expertise and passion for healthcare to create a positive and memorable experience for every customer.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Fully qualified Pharmacist, registered with the GPhC, and holding Independent Prescriber (IP) qualifications.
* Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services at both national and local levels.
* Ability to balance the responsibilities of a Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist, ensuring a safe and effective working environment.
* Proven ability to address and resolve challenges while maintaining strong professional relationships within the store.
* Experience in motivating and leading teams to achieve results and deliver exceptional service.
