Administrator with Receptionist duties– Term time 39 weeks (including inset days). Working 3 days/ 21 hours, a week. 8.30am to 4.30pm
Monday, Thursday and Fridays.
Salary: Pro rata to £18,500 - £22,000 depending on experience and weeks worked

Nash College are seeking an exceptional person to take on the role of Reception/Admin assistant. You will be a crucial link to onsite and off-site teams, parents and various professionals. A flexible approach is needed for this interesting, often diverse set of tasks.
Your duties will include:
· Reception duties for 3 days
· To provide clerical and administrative support to the Transitions Team as and when needed
· Updating information in both electronic and paper-based files, spreadsheets and databases.
· Responding to verbal and written queries (email phone and post) from external parties, parents and internal staff as appropriate.
· Oversee post including Franking Machine and parcel delivery.
· Out and about forms for students
· Signing in and out of keys
· Signing in and out of visitors and contractors
· Working with Estates Team (use of walkie talkies)
· Reporting Student absences to various teams and logging any concerns
· Monitoring the CCTV and assisting the Pastoral team at transport times.
· Updating the College diary
· Using the PAC system for staff fobs.
· Upkeep of staff board in reception area.
· Assisting fire Marshalls in an evacuation
· End of day checks in reception area, windows, lights etc.
Applicants should have a sound level of general education to at least NVQ level 3 or its equivalent. A good eye for detail, a methodical approach, excellent IT and literacy skills with the ability to priorities and work to deadlines in a busy environment.
