Part Time - 20 hours (fully flexible over 7 days as evenings and weekends will be required)
What you will be doing:
1. Delivering a programme of community activities and training for participants which contributes to the aims of the service.
2. Ensure that opportunities are available for participants to contribute to ongoing project design and delivery.
3. Working with other organisations and agencies in a collaborative way to support and build relationships, connections and networks.
4. To uphold person centred values in working practices, ensuring support is tailored to participants.
5. Promote Cartrefi Cymru to help build our membership and to explore new ways in which the co-op can use its resources to draw people together to identify/utilise resources within the community.
How you will do this:
1. Be creative.
2. Be organised.
3. Have good communication and networking skills.
4. Be able to speak on behalf of others as well as to a range of professional people within and outside of Cartrefi Cymru.
5. Have good written skills and the ability to develop training programmes.
